If you wish you may deliver your precious metals and rare coins to us in person by appointment. Simply give us a call at 1-800-618-4450 and schedule an appointment to stop by our facility located in Newport Beach, CA. The Contact Us link contains a map and driving instructions. Our hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (M-F).

Once we have received your precious metal we will have it authenticated. After your precious metal has been properly authenticated we will contact you to discuss pricing.

Packaging to Ship to Us: Our Guidelines
We highly recommend that you review the link above before packaging your shipment. Also register and fully insure your package, and include a detailed contact packing slip with your name and phone number. When you call us and confirm your order, we will give you specific instructions on where to ship items.

We are always looking for new inventory and may accept trade-ins. You may sell some of your assets purchased at higher levels to realize a capital loss and then purchase a similar product, but different enough to avoid the IRS wash sale rule. This allows you to keep your position and realize a capital loss at the same time. Please consult your tax advisor before making bullion investment or liquidation decisions.

Price Lock
Once we have received your precious metal shipment we will have it authenticated. After your precious metal has been properly authenticated we will contact you to discuss pricing. Because precious metals prices change by the minute, all orders must by placed by telephone so that prices can be locked in (at the price determined by PMG's precious metal and, or, rare coin manager) that you agree upon in the prevailing market. Upon request, we will send the check overnight to you for a $35 fee, deducted from your payment.

Recording of Order
You consent and agree that we may keep a recording of your order to verify the terms of your sale, aid in training, auditing or quality control, comply with any laws as now exist or may hereafter exist, or for any other reason reasonably related to the business of dealing in precious metals and, or, rare coin.

Purchase Order - No Cancellation Policy
Upon confirmation of your sale to us, we provide you a confirmation number. When you sell your metals to us, you enter into a binding contractual agreement with PMG Precious Metals. You agree that PMG is a leading bullion and coin dealer in the bullion, coin and rare coin market with the substantial need to maintain our good name and competitive position; and further that we are entitled to rely on your verbal authorization to place your bullion, coin and, or, rare coin order. In furtherance of this, the parties agree that your placement of a bullion, coin and, or, rare coin order with us creates a binding legally enforceable agreement in which you agree to sell your ordered bullion, coin and, or, rare coin. You shall not cancel any order.

Consignments
We do accept consignments on occasion. Please contact us and we will be happy to discuss this possibility.

Confidentiality
We keep all transactions confidential, and do not report to any 3rd parties, except to satisfy government cash reporting requirements for dealers under federal regulations.
