Graded MS70 by PCGS, each of these gleaming gold coins has also been certified to be an "Early Release", meaning they were struck in the first 30 days of production. Steeped in American history, the original James Earle Fraser design remains one of the most beloved images ever to grace U.S. coinage. The design first appeared on the Type 1 1913 nickel and was brought back from extinction with a commemorative silver dollar in 2001.
